WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We accept American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE WRAPPED?
We have committed to zero plastic packaging and aim to use recyclable packaging wherever possible. All of our candles, wax melts, home decor and kits are packaged in sustainable packaging. Elegantly packaged in white biodegradable acid free tissue paper, with water activated stickers and tape. Which are kept safe by our biodegradable packing peanuts in recycled kraft boxes and stamped with vegan eco-friendly ink.
Our delicate homeware will be wrapped GreenWrap, a completely biodegradable, compostable and recyclable bubble wrap alternative to protect them during delivery.
Our cardboard outer box, brown tape and LANSDELL CO. tape is 100% recyclable and water activated.
CAN I SELECT MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES AT CHECKOUT?
If you wish to purchase several items and send them to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address and pay for delivery each time.
CAN ANY PAPERWORK BE REMOVED FROM MY ORDER AS IT’S A GIFT?
All orders are dispatched without any purchase information in the box, instead they are emailed to reduce our paper consumption, so the price won’t be disclosed to the recipient.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
E-Gift cards are available to purchase here in the following denominations - £10, £25, £50 and £100. You will receive an email with a unique code that you can forward to the gift receiver or print out and give to them.
DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNT CODES?
From time to time we offer discount codes. Simply enter your email address at the bottom of our homepage and we’ll email you when we have a promotion available. Or be sure to follow our social media channels where we announce any new codes.
CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email info@lansdellco.com by 1pm on the same day you placed your order and we’ll be in touch with an update.

We include a care instructions card with every candle delivery. Or be sure to follow our social media where we share tips to care and prolong the life of your Lansdell Co candles.

Hello, I'm the founder of Lansdell Co. When I was younger I really had no clue where in the world I wanted to go, or what to focus on. I just knew I wanted to be a person who contributed good things to this planet, and people. I spent a lot of time searching for things and found to work on things that I was good at, not necessary what was right for me, certainly not things that made me happy on a deep level.
I've always found peace in solitude, no matter what is going on I am able to stay very calm, perhaps even see the humour in things too. I like to think that is my superpower.
After becoming a journalist, to totally broke, then working up to a senior role in a fortune 100 company all before the age of 30, like a lot of people I realised it was the journey that made me happiest, even when it was hard.
Sadly, I put my all into things, and during this time I put my health last. I ignored my need for nutritious food and movement and ignored my own voice for hobbies and things I wanted.
I set up Lansdell Co. as a way for people to re-connect with themselves, that self-love and self-care is not selfish, they're imperative. Listening to yourself is more important than a trend or expectation.
I hope this brand and products bring you moments of peace and contribute to your happiness in good conscious that it is helping the planet, even in some small way.
