We hope you’ll love your purchase from LANSDELL CO. but if you change your mind, please email info@lansdellco.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following information:

- Order number

- First name and last name

- Shipping address

We’ll then send you an email with more information on how to return.

 

Returning your purchase

You must send your order back to us at your own cost. Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original packaging and any delicate items are securely packaged. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and keep hold of the receipt as we can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing.

Please note, burned candles and custom orders are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. Depending on your card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

Please note, your initial shipping cost is non-refundable unless your purchase is considered faulty.

 

Faulty items

We take great care to ensure that our candles, home decor and items arrive beautifully packaged just as they left us. However, if you are unhappy with the quality, or your purchase appears to be damaged, please email info@lansdellco.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number, first name/last name, shipping address and some photographs so we can look into this further for you.

 

Cancelling your order

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email info@lansdellco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, we are unable to accept cancellations or amendments after this time.

Lansdell Co.

Hello, I'm the founder of Lansdell Co. When I was younger I really had no clue where in the world I wanted to go, or what to focus on. I just knew I wanted to be a person who contributed good things to this planet, and people. I spent a lot of time searching for things and found to work on things that I was good at, not necessary what was right for me, certainly not things that made me happy on a deep level.

I've always found peace in solitude, no matter what is going on I am able to stay very calm, perhaps even see the humour in things too. I like to think that is my superpower.

After becoming a journalist, to totally broke, then working up to a senior role in a fortune 100 company all before the age of 30, like a lot of people I realised it was the journey that made me happiest, even when it was hard.

Sadly, I put my all into things, and during this time I put my health last. I ignored my need for nutritious food and movement and ignored my own voice for hobbies and things I wanted.

I set up Lansdell Co. as a way for people to re-connect with themselves, that self-love and self-care is not selfish, they're imperative. Listening to yourself is more important than a trend or expectation.

I hope this brand and products bring you moments of peace and contribute to your happiness in good conscious that it is helping the planet, even in some small way.
